there is a new BBQ joint in nashville that is named after jimmy carl. it's called jimmy carl's lunchbox and the guys who own it are big frank and jimmy carl fans. if you are ever there might be worth a look and taste.

Hi ! I remember meeting Jimmy (and Don Preston) in-94 after a Grandmothers-gig in Stockholm. My friend and me invited Jimmy and Don to a party later the same nite but the had to leave early the next to go to Italy. I said: You do get áround.Jimmy said: - Yeah man, balls to the walls! Thanks for the menudo. It was served up after the Geronimo Black gig in San Miguel, New Mexico in 1972. It was good and hot.No fair you had to leave so soon.adios - john
